Sometimes it really is chick porn. Okay, that probably wasn't really fair. This was much better than "The Men of August" series which really was icky chick porn. And to be honest, I think her writing is better too.The review at Dear Author is right on target. The story should have focused on the overall relationship without the suspense plot and local characters thrown in as filler.

Meh, fair or not, it's your opinion and if it saves me a few bucks then I'm glad you shared it! ;) The cover of this has been pulling at me but I keep telling myself that I'm really not that enthralled with what people call 'romantica'. Not enough angst for me cause really, it's all about the sex sometimes and I'm starting to learn that yes I want the sex in the book but I don't want it to rule the book.
