a quickie . . .

A quick post before running errands...
  1. Big Yum to Rosie and her enchilada casserole recipe--definitely a hit (though I substituted ground beef and black beans for chicken)
  2. Thank you to Megan, who probably doesn't remember suggesting some WAHM websites. I've been hired by one, have orientation this week and start training in a couple of weeks.
  3. An Uh-Oh to the hubby, Junior pulled the pull chain out of our bedroom light fixture--high drama followed.

Got to go.

Have a great day :)

TM, I'm so glad it worked for you. You can do so many variations, it's easy and quick to make. My guys love it. I'm always a little nervous with recipes I don't have written down because I tend to change them every time I use them and worry I'll leave something out when telling other people.

Oh, wow! That is awesome! What are you doing?

And I tagged you for a music meme...

Rosie, It was such a nice simple recipe that it's very easy to adapt to specific tastes.

Megan, I wont name the company, but it is one of the companies you suggested way back when. It's an incoming call center for a financial institution.

Me and a music meme might be dangerous--LOL.

So do we get the dramatic details of #3??

Hey Jen, he decided to swing from the light cord like he saw on "The Suite Life" never thinking it wouldn't hold his weight. Then announced "I'm the worst child in the world." then cried and cried and cried--his way of avoiding getting in trouble.

Hahahaha!! That's so funny! I'm sure it wasn't so funny to you at the time, but it truly has high comedic value!
