I feel exactly the same way!! I'm freaking out that they might start the series off the island now but it doesn't make sense to me.
I think Mikhail is now dead - I think the force field or whatever can be set to stun and Mikhail was stunned and not killed. Cause if there are people who can't be killed then they aren't all the 'others' - Ben had his own people killed and then 7 were killed at the tents.
Okay, I better do a blog post because I know this is going to get long!

I think Locke and Mikhail are under the same freaky power of the island.
I'm hoping the flash forward was only one possible outcome, but not the real one.
And I'm really hoping Charlie isn't actually dead. Things aren't always as they appear on this show.
Obviously Naomi and whoever is on the boat are not good people. But who are they???
And how cool is Hurley??? LOL That was my favorite part of the show!

Yep - it was a real flashforwar. On the show before Lost started, the producers indicated that we would be seeing more of the future. Jack sure didn't handle his return to civilization well did he?
I don't think that was Walter. I think the Island (or Jacob) manifests whoever it is the people need to see and for some reason Locke needed to see Walter.
I've no idea where Michael is, but I don't think Ben returned him.
