Tara: my condolences. I know you were really routing for them. But - if it couldn't be the Yankees, isn't it kind of nice that it was the Tigers? Maybe. Just kind of. A little bit. If only for Wendy's joy. I'd say better luck to them next year, but they are in the same division as the Jays - and, well.......sigh - leaving now

Well, for Wendy's sake, I guess--LOL. But NY still has a team in it and I grew up a Met fan, and there coach is really a Yankee so...
Actually, the Tigers really have had a great season and if it can't be the Yankees I can certainly root for the Tigers against Oakland.
