Oh, boy...

I was going to call this post Tara and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day but it didn't think it would fit in the title.

On the hottest day of the year, I decided to move our big air conditioner from upstairs to downstairs and put it in the living room. I did this by myself after my husband left for work, upside down bath mats are amazing for moving heavy stuff. Some how I not only blew the electrical curcuit for the living room, I've burned out the outlet, and Lord only knows what else. The electrician should be here between 3 and 4.

At least we can still swim.

Stay cool.

Is it wrong that I laughed out loud at this post?

Oh, crap, I hate when I do stuff like that too. Our hot weather has gone away for a while and we are back to being cool and partly cloudy. The AC in our RV was not working so Bob hauled it to a repair shop. Hope you cool down soon!

Oh Tara! I'm so sorry to laugh, but I couldn't help it. It's just nice to read about someone else doing something like this instead of myself for a change. lol

Hope you enjoyed the pool!!! And maybe we'll all be a little cooler by this weekend???

Wow. That must've been scary, eh? Glad all's well that end's well, other than the repair bill.

eek! Hope all is fixed now. How can you not have AC?? That gives me nightmares to even think..

Now see, this is where being lazy pays off. I would have just sat in the room with the AC and not bothered with moving stuff.

I can't believe you decided to do that on the hottest day of the year. You've heard of Murphy and his laws right ;)

I hope that the electrician came and set everything back to rights again. At least you could go jump in your pool!

Oh no!
I won't tell you what my husband did to our electrical circuit one day - because I have no idea - but the electrician laughed the entire time he was here fixing it.

It's okay to laugh.

We survived but the AC is shot. This is really the first time in years we've needed it.
