Type internet cache in double quotes on google & you ought to get directions.
1. Click start menu 2. Click control panel 3. Click Network & internet connections 4. Click Internet Options 5. Small grey box pops up labelled internet properties 6. Under temporary internet files click delete cookies & delete cache
I actually did all of this and still needed help from my server, all is fine now, except it took me all day to figure out my blogger username and password to get back in--pathetic--lol.

Trying dumping your internet cache. I get the page with no problems.
